Noval Watch is an independent, public-interest resource maintained by an affected buyer of a Noval Properties development, together with others. It contains statements of fact, which are drawn from documents held by buyers or from publicly available sources and are linked throughout, and expressions of opinion, which are our honestly held views based on those facts. We try to make clear which is which.
