Broker specifications from the same period describe "208 hotel rooms and 272 residences," confirming a hotel was always part of the master plan.
Units are marketed and sold as buy-to-let condominiums. A buyer's Noval payment schedule shows a total price of USD 299,000 and a contracted delivery date of 30 April 2024, with the final 50% due on delivery.
The contracted delivery date passes. The residential apartments are not delivered.
Noval's website lists Oceana only as the 61-room "Oceana Boutique Hotel Wyndham". The residential slug (/en/projects/oceana) and a reseller slug (noval.sale/oceana) both return 404 "not found". The hotel slug remains live.
