Noval markets at least twelve developments in the Dominican Republic: Oceana, The Reef, Atlántida, River Island, Cana Pearl, Ocean Bay, Silver Beach, Riviera Bay, Poseidonia, Jardines de Bellas Artes, Cana Cove and the newly launched Aquamarine in Juan Dolio, across Punta Cana, Las Terrenas, Santo Domingo and Juan Dolio.
Five: Oceana (residential listing removed after an April 2024 contracted delivery), The Reef (halted by the environmental prosecutor in June 2025, Noval denies), Atlántida and River Island (long delays reported in public buyer reviews), and Cana Pearl (delivered around three years late with unresolved defects, per public buyer reviews). We have not found verified public complaints for the remaining developments, which we monitor neutrally.
We don't make that claim. We document sourced facts and invite Noval to respond. Prospective buyers should do independent due diligence and take independent international legal advice.
