Noval markets at least eleven developments in the Dominican Republic: Oceana, The Reef, Atlántida, River Island, Ocean Bay, Silver Beach, Riviera Bay, Poseidonia, Jardines de Bellas Artes, Cana Cove and the newly launched Aquamarine in Juan Dolio, across Punta Cana, Las Terrenas, Santo Domingo and Juan Dolio.
Four: Oceana (residential listing removed after an April 2024 contracted delivery), The Reef (halted by the environmental prosecutor in June 2025, Noval denies), and Atlántida and River Island (long delays reported in public buyer reviews). We have not found verified public complaints for the other six, which we monitor neutrally.
We don't make that claim. We document sourced facts and invite Noval to respond. Prospective buyers should do independent due diligence and take independent international legal advice.
